These Terms and Conditions ("the Terms and Conditions") govern your ("the User/Buyer") use of the Wave Technologies SA cc ("Provider") website located at the domain name Rife Health ("the Website"). By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute Content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the Provider.
Electronic Communications
By using this Website or communicating with the Provider by electronic means, the user consents and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications should be in writing.
E-Commerce & Privacy
The Rife Health Website sells electronic health devices and goods online. The use of any product bought from this Website is at the purchaser's risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User's personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product.
The Provider undertakes that it has taken all reasonable precautions to secure the credit card processing that is carried out to receive payment for goods sold. The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User's electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
By ordering and purchasing products that contain alcohol, you acknowledge that you are of legal drinking age. Alcohol is not for sale to persons under the age of 18. For this reason, positive identification may be requested and we may refuse an order at our discretion.
Delivery Policy
Order requests for orders to be delivered in South Africa will be processed within 2 working days after a paid order has been received and handed over to a courier company for delivery. The delivery must be at a street address with a street name and street address in a town or city. A postal code must be provided as well as a name and phone number of the person that will receive the parcel. No delivery to farms please. Delivery is free for orders of more than R800. We charge R100 delivery for orders under R800. For remote areas not serviced by standard couriers, WaveTech will deliver via PostNet, or to the nearest town to the User that is accessible by our couriers within their normal routes. In these circumstances, WaveTech will be in contact with the User to arrange an alternative address. For orders of specific products that Wave Technologies has to import on behalf of the client from our sources in other countries the full amount still need to be paid up front but may take up to 14 working days to be delivered. WaveTech will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. If User is not satisfied with the condition of goods received the User must notify us immediately so that we can rectify the problem. Please note that enclosures and packing material such as bags and boxes are not part of the transaction and may be damaged by the courier/ transportation company.
Returns / Refund Policy
Wave Technologies’ Returns & Repairs Policy: An order means that you have submitted your delivery address and paid. If it has not been shipped yet then we shall gladly pay back the full amount that you have paid minus 5% to cover our admin fee and banking costs. If it has been shipped then we shall pay back the full amount that you have paid minus 10% to cover our processing fee, retrieval of courier and banking costs. If repairs need to be done, inform us by completing the online form.
