Since the late 1990’s Tuff Floors has been leading the way in heavy duty PVC flooring manufacture.

TuffSeal Tile

Never one to follow, we have achieved this by developing and patenting our water resistant hidden interlocking flooring system - TuffSeal^™ Tile.

Flooring Adventures in the USA initially introduced TuffSeal Tile under licence, and soon the product became the Gold Standard for resilient interlocking PVC flooring. Advanta Flooring of Richmond Virginia continues to supply the TuffSeal Tile range, which although an expensive choice is renowned for its superlative quality and excellent functionality.

TuffCote

Taking our inspiration from the Polyurethane surface protection applied by many of the renowned international LVT flooring manufacturers, the next improvement to our product range was TuffCote^™.

After a number of years of research and development the company now formulates and manufactures this in house PUR top coating which is factory applied and UV cross linked to certain of our products. A pigmented version of TuffCote is used in the manufacture of the Ultra range of products.

The DESIGNER Range

Continuing with our quest to be the best we believed that with certain adaptations a product incorporating TuffSeal and TuffCote would fill a gap in both the commercial and selected residential applications for resilient flooring.

Commercial designers and specifiers selecting the flooring to be used in commercial, corporate, hospitality and many other projects are limited in the selection by the standard colour and pattern ranges as offered by the suppliers of international and local flooring products.

The DESIGNER Range of products now offers a commercial grade resilient solid PVC floor covering, printed in high resolution and protected with TuffCote which ensures easy cleaning of a safe and stain resistant surface.
